1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or signing into this application with your work email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the application.

2. Description of Service

VistaPrint Corporate Solutions Studio is an internal creative automation platform designed for building, customizing, and localizing marketing assets. Key features include:

  • Email Builder: Creation and customization of responsive HTML email templates.
  • Banner Generator: Automated generation and synchronization of localized promo banners across multiple regions.
  • Video Library: Access to educational tutorials and workflow documentation.
  • Cloud Synchronization: Shared, access-controlled cloud storage for project persistence and team collaboration.

3. User Accounts and Access

Access to the application is managed via an internal email allow-list controlled by your administrator: you sign in with your work email, and access is granted only if that email has been added to the authorized list. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and for notifying your administrator if you believe your access should be revoked.

Authorized Use: This application is intended for authorized internal team members and partners of VistaPrint Corporate Solutions. Unauthorized access or attempt to bypass security measures is strictly prohibited.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, graphics, and email copy created or uploaded through the platform. By using the service, you grant us the necessary technical permissions to process, store, and display your assets solely for the purpose of operating and providing the application services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using VistaPrint Corporate Solutions Studio, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to distribute malicious code, spam, or unauthorized content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application or connected Google Drive storage.

6. Cloud Storage & Service Availability

The application relies on cloud infrastructure for project storage. While we strive to ensure high uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of service outages or network disconnections. We recommend regularly exporting critical email HTML and banner assets locally.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VistaPrint Corporate Solutions Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published directly on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
